Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it in accordance with the conditions below.

Return period

You may return your order within 14 days after receipt, in accordance with European consumer law.

Returns registered outside this 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Return conditions

Returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product was purchased via the NOTA Gathering webshop
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • The product is unused, unopened, and undamaged
  • The return is registered within 14 days after receipt

If a return does not meet these conditions, we may be unable to accept it. In such cases, any costs for returning the item to you may be charged.

Important (tea products):
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened tea products cannot be returned.

How to return your order

To ensure a smooth return process, please register your return first via our return portal and follow the steps below:

  • Log in to the return portal using your email address and order number
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason
  • Choose the carrier for your return shipment
  • Pay for the return shipment directly via the portal
  • Download and print your return label, attach it to your package, and have it scanned by the selected carrier

Returns must be sent in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

Requesting a return label

Only products purchased via the NOTA Gathering webshop can be returned for a refund through NOTA Gathering. Products purchased through other retailers or platforms must be returned to the original point of sale.

All returns must be registered via our return portal. Please keep your return receipt or proof of shipment until you are certain that your package has been safely received by us. We may request this proof if your return shipment is not received.

Processing & refunds

  • Returns are processed within 7 business days after arrival at our warehouse
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation in the form of a credit note
  • The refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method

Return shipping responsibility

The risk and responsibility for the return shipment remain with you until the package has been received by our warehouse.
We recommend keeping your return receipt until you are certain that your return has arrived safely. This may be required if your return is not received.

Incorrect or damaged products
