Delivery times

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Netherlands & Belgium:
  1–3 business days
• All other listed European countries:
  3–6 business days

Delivery times are indicative. During busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated per order and displayed at checkout.

• Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany: €6.95
• All other listed European countries: €9.95

We offer free shipping on orders above the following amounts:

• Netherlands, Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg:
  Free shipping on orders over €60
• All other listed European countries:
  Free shipping on orders over €100
