Brew 1 liter of hot boiling water in a filter bottle with 10g of the Bali Chai Infusion. Let it sit in the fridge for 4-8 hours.
Grab a champagne glass and fill 1/3 of the glass with the infusion sirup. Add 2/3 of sparkling water.
Add a dash of honey or agave sirup if you prefer a bit of sweet, or leave it as a blank canvas and enjoy the fresh sensation.
